1. Delivery Options

We offer Standard Delivery through a third-party courier service: estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.


2. Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders! 


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may have additional restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, we are here to help resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Please be aware that we use a third-party delivery service for all shipments. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider, we are no longer responsible for any damages, delays, or issues that may occur during shipment. We recommend inspecting your package upon arrival and contacting the delivery service directly for any claims or concerns related to damage during transit. 7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our offerings, we have implemented a strict no returns or exchanges policy. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products, ensuring that every item you receive is brand new and has not been previously handled or used. We understand that sometimes orders are placed by mistake. If you've accidentally placed an order and wish to request a refund, our policy allows you to do so within 14 days of the original purchase date.
